It is essential to stay informed during a pandemic. Too much information on the outbreak will only add to your stress and anxiety. Avoid watching the news continuously, especially just before going to bed. Gleen your COVID information from credible sources, including websites belonging to the CDC and renowned medical facilities.

Get Some Sleep

Exhaustion impedes a caregiver's ability to function and makes them more susceptible to infection. Arrange to get 7-8 hours of sleep each night.
